Prefer package imports in production code

Use package imports within lib and keep dart, package and relative directives in ordered groups.

Prefer package:your_package/... even inside the current package. Alphabetize dart: imports, then all package: imports together, then any necessary relative imports, separating groups with a blank line. Relative imports are appropriate for sibling test helpers. Do not rewrite part directives into package imports. The detector catches relative import/export directives under lib; the analyzer handles ordering.

This detector recognizes specific textual patterns; it is not a complete semantic analyzer. Explicit user instructions and applicable repository conventions take precedence.
